Pall-Ex Group came across RDS by a mutual colleague. At that point in time we had made little success with our incumbent in progressing R&D tax claims. In fact we were advised that based on what the business had been working on, tax claims were not possible.

After speaking with RDS it was evidently clear not only did they understand the tax legislation, they also had a wealth of technical experience enabling them to quickly understand what we had achieved from a R&D perspective. Following the meeting we did our due diligence and decided to engage RDS.
The process that Pall-Ex Group went through was extremely thorough, leaving no stone unturned. It was also very quick utilizing little of employees time within the business.
Thanks to RDS we were able to obtain the tax claim. In addition to this we commissioned them to continue to work with the business for future R&D claims.
